I was going for a straight stam stack but I have the shield for mid heals and such.

use tome of the dawn or big crafty or whats IT called. med pouch doesnt scale so 10 stam aint really good i think tome of the dawn scale 12 stam and that fish
even more. but as pal fc always use shield IT Does give u loads of armor and u can encahnt it With stam so IT gives even more
