can i transmog?

so i really really want the tmog set from tombs of segaras mythic raid on my lvl 10 exp off monk

i tried to buy the pvp recolor set with marks of honor and i cant because its a lvl 45 requirement to buy just like the raid is to enter

so im currently grinding a toon up to be able to run the raid but once i do obtain the tmog set with my lvl 45+ monk will i be able to even put it on my lvl 10 monk?

Yes. You can mog everything up to (and including) SL content at level 10.

You just have to acquire the gear and with more of the upcoming changes, most restrictions may be removed after obtaining at the locked level. For example, I was able to buy Northrend pieces from vendor that said needed a higher level to wear but triggered as useable to transmorg, granted few of the pieces required getting a dungeon/raid drop or via crafting.

Other vendor items still require a higher level or reputation to acquire etc.

Normal 10 man Firelands tier can be unlocked via the old Justice Points vendors in SW/Orgrim at low level. Pretty neat.

I'm sad I can't unlock my Shado-Pan Samurai-like helmet on my 10 despite being able to purchase it. You need to "use" the cosmetic item which requires lvl 35. Deleting the item doesn't work either.
