Have you ever tried to narrow down and organize this volume of people?

I've been recruiting help with that.

Could still use more active officers

We have a 10 man this Sunday that should be all guild but as we've been filling and adjusting our 10 man spots we have ended up with some vacancies at times

It isn't hard to invite every twink you meet and doesn't exactly help the bracket either if those people don't queue up. Once you get them to actually play (preferably together) we can talk about accomplishments. Until then having a lot of guild members means nothing.

While it isn't hard to invite "every twink" you meet. All of the 169 twinks on Bleeding Hollow, lol. It is quite difficult to start a bracket building guild.
How many twink guilds have you started to "build the bracket"? I am going to give you a little advice that some would deem as motherly. Unless you have something nice to say, keep your trap shut. An example is below.

Awesome job Conq, I see that you are needing officers. While I do not get online as often as many of the other players I would kindly offer my advice if you like. The rank is not necessary.

Last I checked, March was the third month of the year and June is the sixth. "Mericanz" use the Gregorian calendar. What calendar do you use? Because in that screen shot, I did not see a (6) in it at all.

With some luck Paradox Genesis can hit 200 accounts by months end and maybe get some friendly wargames going in May. But, it will take some effort from the entire guild. Not just a chosen few.

I still don't see the lack of a (6), of which June is the month of the year, has anything to with Americans. Or me being "fun at parties" nor "logic".
The fact of the matter is there was not a June in that date at all.

Ever back on topic. In just a matter of weeks Conq has created, established and recruited almost 200 accounts to his/her guild. How many other people can say they have accomplished this feat this year? I for one, can not.

To clarify - by calling conq a his/her were you a) genuinely unsure as to conq's gender, b) being incredibly politically correct right before you rolled around on the floor screaming "war criminals", slobbered all over yourself, and then went on to write a post advocating population controls, or c) implying that conq is simultaneously a he/she? I suspect the answer is B just thought I'd make sure.
