Bracket and class!

So i just got back to twinking and 29 xpoff is just absured duo to the ye... blizzard removal of xpon and xpoff not being able to que...

So i was going to make a f2p account to get around it, but what bracket should I go? (19 or 20 (im dumb u cant stop f2p so I guess 20)

Also i want to play a class with 1-handed swords?

Thought of Rogue, survival hunter (not sure if they use 1h anymore) or mistweaver monk?
Any other suggestions is also appreciated!

you could try breaking the mould by playing a windwalker monk which works as both a 2h and dual 1h class
Not many ww monks out there cuz they are generally considered subpar (fun tho)
