Bloody coin farming for your twinks!

So i tried getting a lvl 10 to timeless isle and kill him with my lvl 1 rogue while i had the Censer of Eternal Agony - Item - World of Warcraft active, but i didnt got any Bloody Coin - Currency - World of Warcraft! and i know a lvl 10 twink that do have the Fire-Watcher's Oath - Item - World of Warcraft how did he do it?

Pretty sure you need to kill level 90s, and 1 player can only grant 1 coin every 10 minutes.
