Sorry if this has already been asked but is this hat still obtainable at lvl 19?



I recall seeing this hat in the 10-19 bracket (err... lvl 10-20 back then) once during vanilla wow.



I have never seen one since then.

no, it is not obtainable.

you were able to get it for a short period of time during early vanilla, but that has been long fixed
