EU+US Blood elf bandit mask

For those who saw my old post on the http://www.wowhead.com/item=23909/blood-elf-bandit-mask it was hot fixed, you can no longer farm the npc on a level 1 to get a mask with no level requirement. all of my old masks with no level requirement got changed back to level 5 so rip that

With this change lets hope they changed some other items that can help us. if anyone finds anything let me know at Loonyhorn#1211 I am always happy to share information

Funny thing is the scaled iLvL will stay (Default iLvL is for this mask is 5, and i collected it at lvl 1 when it scaled) so i guess you can say we have a gfd iLvL for this item? 100% adds 500k gold to the value (not)
