While it's easy to understand people's frustrating with the erratic nature of the 19 bracket, one shouldn't complain when it becomes active and playable again (even though things aren't like the "good ol' days" the bracket remains firmly playable and regarding gear, balanced), while the gem exploit is one of those on the fence ideas, it's only comparable to the blatant shoulder and head enchant glitch in BC/WOTLK! Which if i'm honest the majority of the twinking population exploited!
I just think it's unfair to criticise people for the way they play, if you have the ability to compete with these unintended gem bugs/buffs then just do it yourself!

Ignorance: lack of knowledge, the state of being ignorant, both people need to have Blacksmithing, and a trade window open, etc
I know how to get the gems onto a 19s gear, no ignorance there.
Might you want to rephrase your wording? It's an exploit, they did not intend for it to be there, and it wont be there forever. It wont be GF'd because one ticket will get those gems removed.
It's not ignorance, it's playing the game as it's intended.
