so ontop of my 3 blackened defias belts that u cannot get anymore, i also have a black pearl ring i checked wowhead and it seems unobtainable is this useful to any 19 twinks? if so im selling it pm me with offers

Well except the fact that it's not really useful to anyone and that no one knows if this is available or not, I doubt you'll get a sell here, but I suggest banking it, wait few weeks/months and look at the price then
