can anyone verify this .. i have gone through all the stats comparing the highest possible using lvl49 (ex lvl119 ilvl378/388) with SoO mythic farmed gears available at lvl35.. looks like at lvl35, if you farm the full set, it can quite safely gives you an edge all the way till lvl49 .. using BC gems.
