BiS Enchant list?

Hi all you 29 twinkers!

I've never really did any twinking at all except for f2p twinking when my sub time lapsed. With 6.1 I really want to make a few lvl 20 twinks on my sub acct so when the time ends I can have someone to play on.

I asked in the f2p section what would be the best enchants for a "veteran" account. I was told that I should check here because the best enchants for a vet acct will basically be the same as the best enchants for a lvl 29.

I looked on the guide section but there wasn't many and they seemed very outdated. Is there currenty a list somewhere of the best enchants to get for each class?

Inscribe shoulder ench from mop, peerless stats, mop leg enchants. rest is preference

Edit: nvm, everything is preference, tell me what you want and ill list it for you.

I was looking at the wowhead for the mop enchants and they didn't have a slider. Do these not scale down at lower levels?
 
There is a nice spreadsheet in the 19's section that has nearly all the relevant enchants scaled. You can get an idea from it.

I am sure those numbers were correct at one time, or at least close enough.
The game is dynamic. That is what keeps most people interested in playing.

Alright so I think I have a good idea of what enchants Imma get. I was checking out the armories for resto shaman, feral druid, and disc priest (these are the specs im currently thinking of running). I noticed that basically everyone uses versatility enchants over the other secondary stats. Are the other secondaries not good in low lvl pvp?

on wowhead if you click on the text in green under the enchant name it should link you to a page with a slider

afaik all the numbers are accurate apart from some of the leg enchants

If you took a look at my shamans, I have been going back and forth on versatility and haste. I still have not quite decided which. I am leaning toward more of a haste build at the moment. But only time will tell.
