None of the people in the two stickied threads seem BiS/have all their gear equipped, so I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.
I can give you a couple of examples. Now whether they are BiS is subjective. The shamans that I play with are lvl 20 because I like the way the gear scales in battlegrounds. They have about 300 SP and 2200-2300 health unbuffed. At level 20 you lose water walking and frost shock. Frost shock can be a deal breaker for some players. At the moment my Horde shaman is specced as elemental and is in it's elemental set. The gear is virtually the same, just the enchants have changed. As a healer you may want to go the jade spirit on your weapon. As many have said, enchants all depend on your play style. I have seen resto shaman with full stamina gear and practically zero spellpower/int enchants because their play style was that they liked to be the flag carrier.
For the weapon enchant I switch between a Spellpower Enchanted Weapon and the Black Magic Enchanted one. I favour the haste proc more tbh.
On a Resto I'd probably change the Shield Chant to +10 Stam / +10 Spirit, on the chest I prefer stam over the +4 all stats as this actually scales to +3
Neck choice on Ally is limited - I've taken Stam over the Brilliant ( I think it is ) neck, Shoulder chants could be swapped around for maybe the BC (Aldor / Scyers ) rep ones you if have access. But I like the extra chunk of stamina.
** Just swapped the PvP shoulder chant off for the BC Crit / Spellpower **
