Best Utility Class/Spec?

With enchants now usable in bgs, the gap between F2P and vet is bigger.

What classes or specs give large amounts of utility other than just heals.
Where your sole purpose is to disrupt and enable your team.
Like slows, stuns, or other cc?

If youre not interested in doing damage, you can always play ele shaman.

outlaw rogue, you have a stun, an interrupt, and an incapacitate, nothing else has more utility at 20

Rogues are pretty impressive. Also consider...

Resto shaman have a ranged kick, a ranged AoE slow and (of course) heals

Frost mages have polymorph, frost nova (self), ice nova (ranged) and blizzard

So depending on the type of utility you're looking for, you have rogues for insane lock down, mages for vast AoE crowd control and resto shaman for a more versatile kit.

Rogue by far. Let's not forget about the range slow, u can cripple all chasing FC with it.
