Staples Grandfathered Oct 10, 2016 #2 Not sure which has the best 29s, but I play a 29 paladin-horde. Since you're inevitably going to be playing with levelers I'll say this; alliance levelers are airheads, horde levelers can be jerks but I've had a lot better experience on horde side.
