Best Rogue Gear?

So, Trycrit the best rogue twink eu says that I am a noob & not BiS. I know that I'm missing Squealer's belt, but what is the BEST gear obtainable really? He says he is BiS, but we'll see in cross-realm zones since we are both in Blackout ^^

At level 1, there really is no BiS per say. You need so many different kinds of gear it is hard to tell since all sets are situational. Also Squealer's belt is only 3 armor. >_> It is BiS, but not really much of a gamechanger.

Professions would consider you BiS, I guess. Looks like you have that covered though. =D Also, your resistance cloaks don't matter anymore, they are gf'd and provide no benefit since they removed resistance from the game completely.

I know Schmoo, I just picked em up before the gf for lols & this is why I am wondering, why the heck am I not BiS as Trycrit says? I've got gear for many situations, except from Fiery Weapon but in duels you won't really need it. DPS ain't everything..

1) Resistances are not removed from game, just the ability to get +resist for players is (unless you have a grandfathered enchant). Ghostcrawler made a post, and then a clarification post about this awhile ago

2) There are definitely BiS...BiS doesn't mean game changer, it just means what is the absolute best piece of gear I can put in this slot. Enchants however are not BiS per se, they are situational. As for gear, with the exception of Squealer's Belt and Lasting Felheart Shoulders for PvP, you are BiS. As for enchants, you have everything covered it looks like except +9 stamina bracers. Fiery will yield higher DPS...Lifestealing more survivability

He is not the best, I just like to call him that. He trolls LoT videos & my videos. He is the guildmaster of "Gurubashi Playground". I have got 9 stamina bracers, Lasting Feralheart shoulders and Lifestealing, didn't I show that in the video?
