ThirteenEra Member Tuesday at 12:11 PM #2 you just missed the love in the air event for a 19 socket. You also missed SL timewalking with 19 mastery 2socket. So your only options atm are tbc/wrath normal dungeons that drop 14 necks, just farm them until one rolls a socket.
