Best Race MW Monk?

Hi all!

I am planning on making a MW monk on alliance considering ally tend to lack heals, and MW heals seem to be fun and effective. That being said, what class do you all think is best for MW monk? Of course humans are beneficial due to their passive trinket effect, but I've also seen several gnomes. Any ideas?

This is 10-19, we don't get any food from Peak.

But back on topic.. Nelf. The haste/crit is nice, more move speed, dodge chance is small but there, and most importantly smeld.

He/she stated mistwalker not windwalker. And yes, MW are a lot of fun. If you heal a lot their style takes a bit of getting used to.
Personally I went with gnome because of int and the escape artists. However, if you are a big jumper in WSG you will have issues with a gnome because there are some jumps that gnomes just can not accomplish.
