best/poppular server for twinking and input/oppinion on best bracket

Allright so today I started my epic journey to making a twink and i did a little bit of reasearch and somewhere (i dont remember where though) i read that there is a certain server for a twink community so i just wanted to know if that was true or not? what is the best server for twinking and what is the best bracket? (in your oppinion ofcourse)

Bleeding Hollow: 15 - 19
Medivh: 10-14

IMO - don't stick to the lower levels, filled with so much drama and crap lol

Pick something interesting like 29, or 39, maybe 60-64 or 70

Also, most popular =/= best. There's a lot of benefits to staying away from the most popular servers imo. I guess it just depends on what you're after and what type of player you want to be. I can expound on this more if you'd like but my suggestion is to find quality people (not just good) and go where they are. That's what I did w/ 39s and I didn't regret it.

I have tried my hand at many brackets including the lower brackets with higher activity. However as I've gotten older I prefer quality over quantity. The 39 bracket was definitely my favorite yet sadly it is inactive at the moment. The 29 bracket is great as well, with a close knit community Angeles quality games. There's always multiple people willing to help with runs, info etc etc. The bracket is presently seeing strong growth as well. Dragonmaw and Windrunner tend to be the more popular servers. Gl
