Dead Target = You live
You live = Less work your healer has to do

yeye, I like UWB for more surival tho but ye, it's pretty subjective

Frost is a viable spec, but eventually you will go fire because you will be outplayed by a fire mage every time.
Fire mages have a ton more survival and are one of those classes that cant get "1 shotted" not matter what. Thats why you stack as much crit as possible to maximize your burst. More crit = Higher chance for instant pyroblast.
UWB as a frost mage is so terribad that's it's not even funny.

Exactly cause as frost you have it hard to survive you get UWB.(there has been NON time that i said "damn if i had those rings equipped it'd be so much better" as a matter of fact its exactly the opposite.
No,I don't play specs that I don't like either,especially mongo ones,also fire is so easy mode compared to frost so I don't see how a fire mage can really outplay anything...

An Equally skilled fire mage wont lose to a Fire Mage. They can stack all the crit/int they want while you're forced to stacked on more survival and less int/crit. You'll do less dmg, and he'll still have more survival.
