Best F2P servers

hello im new to wow but before i start i need to know a few things and thats why i have bin studying up on twink's and wow F2P strategy in general

i was hoping to find a balanced server one with close to equal hoard/alliance ratio and hopefully a bunch of F2P twinks i can learn from

also i see that with the new MoP update there will be a few significant changes like hunters only being able to user ranged attacks -.- i was planing on going with a hunter before finding this out and was wondering how big a deal it will be for pvp to the twink hunters out there

now i also could use some help learning the in's and outs of this game once i decided on a race,class and server i am but a padawan learner and am need of assistance in order to fully understand how to utilize my pvp toon's to the fullest and where to find the appropriate gear

if anyone is interested in meeting up in-game to instruct me in the Art of F2P Twink creation/manipulation(basically help me learn to understand the game better) i would be greatly indebted to you and will gladly join your server and play when you have the spare time in order to learn the in's and out's of Wow pvp/pve and to prove to myself that i can become a capable pvp twink

P.S i have not yet created a twink(character) or found a server(realm) as of yet and am open to any opinions/suggestions on ether subject

i have now bin looking into F2P WoW Twink creation for a few days but have never before played an mmo so im having a rough time trying to understand some of the lingo(was of describing things) lol...

As for the realms, Aerie Peak horde is the most populous place, but the ratio A;H is not so even and it's also a pve server.

I hear good things about Vashj. Also, no reason you can't try both :]

This made me giggle a little. By all accounts Hunters will probably be fine in MoP, if anything they aren't getting nerfed hard enough. The specific change you note makes them more strong rather than less, since it will no longer be possible to neutralize a hunter by simply standing on them.

There are a lot of servers to join as noted by Shift above, and if you're interested in making a druid and rolling US you might try Blackwing Lair (just mentioning it since it's not listed).

By "Rolling US" I mean making a toon on a US (north american, technically) server.

Blackwing lair is trying to start all druid premades, and from what I've seen there's already been a decent amount of activity I'm not sure if it's "better" but it's certainly fun if you want to play the best class evar :3

Read the guides, and look up BiS gear, ask ingame, etc
I have been playing in this bracket for 7ish months, and i am still learning

My current druid is horde, and linked in my sig. The "best" is personal bias (but that doesn't keep it from being true!!)

Druid premade just means a premade, (preformed group that runs battlegrounds together) comprised entirely of druids. But if you still want some time in game you can usually find me on Mal'Ganis or chilling on my new BWL alt druid Tkookie.

As far as the "good stuff" and PvP help, there are actually guides on this forum devoted to that purpose. Check out the http://www.twinkinfo.com/f43/faq-f2p-info-guides-index-33386/ that Shift linked, there's a lot of helpful info in there as well as links to those guides.

If you are looking for a lot of people to help you out in order to make premades for pvp and dungeons I recommend AP H because it;s numerical the biggest community and has the best chances for long-term survival.

There are also other communities as you can see in the list and each community has people that you will get along with and the opposite. It's mostly what you make of it! I recommend choosing a very active community though, nothing more boring than nobody else to play with or chat occasionally.

vashj has alliance and horde side, really active and there is alot of people that could help. i main on there and its really nice being there.

blackwing lair is a druid server, (horde side). its not the most active server but if you want to roll a horde druid i would say to come on over

AP horde is the most active horde server, lots of great people over there. If you like alot of people to be online (idk, some people like huge communitys) then this might be your best option.

they already posted the other servers xD i don't play on any other servers but try out whatever you want, you can always make another toon somewhere else

^.^ its only my first time trying to understand this kind of "MMO" talk... so many worlds to learn lol.

it seem's soon us F2P twinks will be able to play all the races! that is great new's for me as it will give me just enough time to learn the basics and get a feel for the game with the help of some of the players here i hope
