Best Class for farming 28ilvl gear

Hey everyone, I'm looking to make a toon for the sole purpose of farming 28ilvl gear. I'm still kind of new to this community so I wanted to see what you all thought was the best class/spec to use. I'm pretty sure you have to be level 24 for Legion areas and level 20 for BFA areas and thats all I'm really sure of. Looking forward to what you all have to say, thanks!!

You hit the nail on the head here.
I just started farming BoE's recently and I'be been enjoying Guardian druid. (moonfire in bear for pulling packs is pretty nice)

I know some others prefer BM Monk just for the pure damage and ease of Spinning Crane Kick spamming

I really like my warrior. With full speed set for farming. There's also hunters/mages out there. it's a matter of what you enjoy really.

Nazmir and Drustvar can be farmed at 20. Zuldazar and Tiragarde Sound at 24/25.

I've been trying to farm on my 20. I don't mind slow clears, weapon drops, etc. I'm just concerned about whether all the slots can even drop.

frost dk is reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeal nice for farming, constant aoe dot dmg, dark succor healing, death and decay to pull mobs outside of howling blast range etc

since we get runic empowerment at 21 it also just makes frost play a lot more smoothly

Fury warrior with hunger of the pack is really fun at level 24 with duel crusader and whirl wind spam.
