best bracket to farm Khan?

Hey I'm wondering which bracket / faction and even which class or spec would be the best to farm the khan achievement ? I'm considering making a 109 human holy paladin but I don't have much experience with high level instanced pvp.

You better have a toon called Genghis

109 bracket is the most active bracket, so I'd put my money on there if I were you.

If not, test how long IoC queues are in different brackets just to see if it even pops.

I'm guessing the 70 bracket isn't active enough?

70 is for sure not active enough to make IoC pop. I'll see if it pops at 101-109.

Still looking for input !

IoC doesn't seem to pop at 101-109 or at least not in under 45 minutes during prime time. Bummer
