Best Battlegroup for 10-19 [Alliance]

Hey guys, I have a level 10 twink huntard, horde, but soon to be alliance. I'm currently on the retaliation BG and not getting any queues.. what a surprise?! Anyhow, I was wondering what realm would be the best place to go, US?

Almost all the servers are Eastern. I think a few are Central. No west.
