are this BiS for ret/prot offencive pally and if so which enchant should i use? im leaning towards 9stam but still thinking 9str might be as good. if these arnt BiS what is? thanks in advance.

i prefer on my warrior beetle clasps with 9strength. you get a nice balance of stamina and attack power with a minor boost to crit. seems more practical for a balanced set
