You're waaaaay over hit cap, mate.
If faction changing is possible, I'd suggest getting Ello's Band from the Alliance side, and to get rid of the pyrium chain and slap a scope.
If not, then I would probably suggest switching the boa mail shoulders for boa leather shoulders, for the proper hit cap.

Hit rating cap for hunters is 7.

Of course, those are merely suggestions.

I have ello's band, but i would choose Agi over stamina anyday. I know the hit cap is 7 but if i can go over it of course im going to do it lol... Neally every hunter i see has pyrium on they're guns/bows.
