So im sure some of you may know of this item, and some may not (im not sure if theres a thread about this somewhere i havent checked, if there is im sorry)
how to get this item: train fishing and check fishing daily quest in orgrimmar every day if you really want the item quest needs to be A Golden Opportunity, then you go and use the knife on one of the Drowned Thunder Lizards and keep the tail (the tail is the thing that does the cool blue thing)

this item is on a 10 seconds cooldown and its horde only (only useable in durotar sadly, but still a cool little thing to have i suppose)
