Does the proc work if you're above 80? I want to make my warrior 89.
When it procs, does the attack power / spell power / whatever definitely get added to you character? I ask this because since the stat squish, some items are showing a proc but are then not actually modifying your stats.

it works, it will proc frostforge champion giving you +46 attack power .. just put 1 on a 101 to test it on a dummy to answer your question

Shattered Sun Pendant of Might (necklace) will give you +100 agility AND +100 strength when proc .. just tested it as well

Banner of Victory (trinket) proc fury giving you +150 attack power, but at 89, there is a strength trinket found on AH that gives +190 str on use, i am not sure if 89 warrior uses mastery for dmg %, if it does, look for the lvl87 trinket that proc 222 mastery
