Arena grand master

Hi, Ive just strarted to get some arena masters on my 19 hunter, and i realised the goblin now no longer has the blue querstion mark over his head. I also saw that the arena master still had the lvl 35 requirement on it ( Not the arena GRAND master ), yet when i clicked it, i was able to hand it in for a quest. Do you now need to hand 1 of them in , to obtain a second quest where you can aquire the arena grand master?

Im not sure if I understood your question but you indeed need to hand in the first quest from the arena master to get the turn in for the other 12 as far as I know...

Can anyone confirm any changes to the AGM quest? Or is it still the same as it was pre-patch 4.0.

It has been this way for years, you have to do the first quest given by the arena master to start the turn in for AGM. There is no lvl requirement for the quest, the lvl req is for equipping the arena master (not to be confused with the arena GRAND master). Doing the first quest will not consume the arena master.
