Are there any (non-unique) +4 Strength gems at 11?

I was looking over Strength gem options.

Bold Crimson Spinel is +3. I assume Bold Cardinal Ruby is also +3? Bold Dragon's Eye?

What about Bold Queen's Garnet?

As an aside, does Bold Crimson Pyrestone stay +2/+2? Or do you need something like the Fierce Lava Coral or Inscribed Lava Coral?

There is no str gems +4 at 20, so id say none at 11 either. Leviathan’s eye does +3 at 20 tho, along with the wotlk gems
