EU+US Are Northrend and Pandaria tabards added to your Wardrobe when you get them?

Cause i have some Northrend tabards, but they were not added(they are equippable in my 20toons, but they were not added to my Appearance tabs, maybe this is a bug or there is a hidden high level requirement to add them to the tab...). So i would like to know if the Panda ones at least works... to know if it is worth farming them.

I mean i want to know if these tabards get added to the Appeareance tabs, so any character may use it, or if these tabards are not added and remains exclusive just to the character that has them(i mean on a 20 toon on a trial account of course, not a high level toon...)?

They are. I have my Lorewalker tabard in the wardrobe and so far all the tabards that I've purchased have been immediately added (without me wearing them). However I haven't tested whether I can wear them on other chars without the rep. It would also be interesting to see if I can add Shatari Skyguard tabard this way teehee. Stand by for more info :p

Certain tabards require exalted to wear even in apperances like lorewalker where guardian of cenarius requires lvl 78
Tho I cant transmog gnomeregan or any other race tabards due to lacking the required level which I think its stupid needing 68+ for a stormwind tabard >_>

That *is* rather stupid considering you can wear them at level 1 XD But oh well at least this means I can at least collect Shatari Skyguard even if I can't wear it XD
 
all items you wanted added need to be soulbound so that may be why the tabards werent added.
 
Tabard of the ebon blade was in my dressing room, but had a high level requirement. The argent crusade tabard I got on my 20 paladin back in MoP wasn't added to the dressing room either so I assume you're right with the level requirement hypothesis.

Yes, all of the tabards I have are in my wardrobe. Even my rep and acheivement ones. Only the rep ones that I had in my bags were included though. The achievement ones were automatically added. I went around and collected most of the rep one the weekend beforehand.
Many of the tabards have rep and level requirements. Such as the Tabard of the Lightbringer. I was disappointed that my lowbies could not use this, but not suprised.
The strange thing is, my lowbies can actually wear the Tabard of Conquest. But are unable to transmogrify a tabard to look like it.
