I was on my 85 rdrood and a lvl 29 frost mage dueled me (Glazedbabe - BleedingHollow). Their normal abilities were doing the dmg you would think they would do, i.e ice lance hitting for 50 dmg (we both saw this), but their frostbolt and flurry were scaling up, with frostbolt hitting for 540 non crit even though it showed the non scaled amount of dmg to the frost mage so we were seeing two different amounts. Anyone know if this is just a bug? My moonfire dmg didnt scale down on them but i didnt test anything else.
