Alright so i dropped my galaxy it had trouble turning back on. It had a case so i got mad and try to tear off the case and ended up completely effing up my phone.
My friend gave me his ZTE ZMAX until I can get a new phone (tbh i like this one, its a really huge phone)
I have no knowledge of rooting, jailbreaking, recovering, flashing rooms or w.e, or any of that crap.
So I installed Snapchat and it did not work. It gave me a error message when I tried to log in about it not working or something. I asked him why and he said its because of the custom recovery thats on it "Team Win Recovery Project". He said he had a root on it but he removed it and he cannot figure out how to remove the Team Win Recovery. I did some research of my own and it turns out having your phone rooted and snapchat not working is a common thing but the root doesnt seem to be the issue.
How can I revert back to the original Recovery, or stock or w.e. Basically when I boot in safe mode i dont wanna see this Team Win Recovery bs, I want to see the original safe mode screen like its fresh new.
Idk if i explained myself enough, but if you can help me and need more info pls ask.
