...Sorry I didn't see any Feral druids that I thought were strong.
If you are going the no expansions route and still have a 10 day trial left, I would plan it out to maximize it... You can hit wowwiki and review the ramps loot as there are multiple socketed items in there as well as socketed rings in HH. You can also level 2 professions to 375.

chardev seven . character planner is a profile I put together a while ago, but I've not got around to it yet since the AV changes... If chardev isn't showing the spec then it was something like
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#0ZxGMscrzbeohcuVz:NcZV but I'm not really an expert on druid specs ;P
Edit: With the spec I originally had it was something like 1.8k AP, 45% crit chance in cat form. Also, I went a bit over the hit cap since you'd be fighting higher levels remember.
I've also got a Stam set profile hanging around somewhere if you're intrested.
Oh and I don't know if you can get Grand Master Engineering anymore at level 60, a friend said it was changed to 65 but you'd have to check it out.
Nice chardev Hurpdurp!
Hurpdurp, Please also post the feral stamina version as even if the OP doesn't need/want it others might (including me).
Yes, all non-gathering
professions now require 65+ to go over 375 skill. All gathering professions require you to go to Northrend so a 60 twink with no expansions (only 10 day BC trial) can't even get gathering professions over 375...
As I said in my post, if you are on a non expansion account and trying to maximize a 10 day trial, I would plan out your 10day trial well and check the Ramps loot carefully to determine what works best for you and how you play. If you are having trouble finding it you can click here:
Ramps Loot
The above chardev hit everything I was thinking including the socketed HH rings I mentioned and much of what I was thinking you should look into (quest helm, leather ramps loot, etc). If you are doing a 10day trial to get the outland gear, note that the HH rings require honor token grinding PVP so if you aren't familier read it on thottbot & I would earn a few tokens on a different account/char with expansions if you haven't done it on your main before so you aren't stressed.
Before seeing the above chardev, I was orginally thinking you would definately want to go with the
Lifegiver Britches.
If you are going min/max agi/crit feral kitty & compare them I think that, unless you plan to min/max differently, I think that Hurpdurp is right that Marshals legs are
presently better for a crit kitty...
Marshal's Dragonhide Legguards

Blue Socket: +10agi +15stam
Blue Socket: +10agi +15stam

NET (for min/max agi/crit kitty):
+22 agi (AP,arm,dodge,crit);
+8 stam
-24 str (AP);

-139 armor;
+10 int;
+23 sp;
+2 mp5
If you are going Feral bear & want stamina & high self HOTs then I would seriously look at the the LifeGiving with Stam gems as you can get over 90stam on those pants and much better healing (& globin engineering will give you 90stam on your trinkets)... One thing I have learned is that you can still min/max yet have some versitility... My Feral cat/bear 49 druid with "Nurturing Instinct" talents is actually an incredible "off healer". Can't do it for long or I'll go OOM but when people try to burst down my healers I can put out some great heals and can self heal really well when on the run... I often got comments like "I thought you were a feral druid" when I am topping the leader board in healing (so few healers out there)...
That being said, if you only have the 10 day trial, I would get at least one pair of the LifeGiver Britches (recommend 2-3) from Ramps for the following reasons:
- In case you later want to dual-spec or re-spec non-Feral;
- In case you want to min/max Feral differently or have different sets of gear;
- In case Blizz changes the items stats (they do that from time to time);
- In case better gems are released that you can socket...
Good luck....
