EU Any life on the alliance side?

Hey everyone, i've been thinking of making a veteran 20 i could play on while not subbed. Logged on to Aggramar horde side, found several(3-4) people active at the time, but would really prefer to play ally. Are there any active 20-29 ally guilds? A server where people are active? Don't really want to solo all the time. I saw the recruitment thread for a spanish guild and that might be an option, but i'd prefer an english realm.
