As you might know, making use of the 2nd skip for the Shadowlands Questline causes the much-needed, socketable rings from Necrotic Wake to drop with a level requirement of 50. This is entirely irreversible. However, there IS a way past it: Ask a friend who didn't use the skip to join you in Necrotic Wake and help you farm for it. When it drops for them, they should be able to trade it to you.
I figured this forum would be the best place to ask - if organising this is at all possible! I figured, since Blizzard is extremely unlikely to fix this niche bug, why not kick off a thread to see if we can get people working together, to get each other past this problem?
I'm on the EU servers, Snarrl on Azjol-Nerub, level 11 Fury Warrior. I'd like to ask if anyone who didn't do the Shadowlands skip could please join me in Necrotic Wake until I get the 2 rings I need?
In return, I'll happily pay a lot of gold, and/or will make a 2nd twink without the skip, specifically for helping others with the same problem.
