This about arena resto druid gearing. It's 4 months old, but nothing have changed under this 4 months.

Rainstrider Leggings with +8sta dont work on 39.

And why?

It is iL 55+, and Knothide Leather Armor Kit does not state that it is not working through trade.

Well it dont work throught trade, I tested on my 49 and with a 80 trying to apply it but it dosent work.
