Jonnes
Level One-Derful
If you're a rogue finding yourself at a disadvantage, chasing someone or running away, and you use elemental force, chances are you've stopped to use "throw", for ticks of 2 or 3 damage and the often elemental force proc.
This can be great, but it forces you to stop in your tracks, being only very useful as an execution to someone with low health running away, but not too far away yet. Even then, if you miscalculate and fail to proc, they will get out of range and you'll be stuck standing where you started chucking knives at them.
The solution to this is to stock up on Savage Snowballs. These are instant cast, single point damage dealing snowballs that proc Elemental Force as often as Throw would. The greatest boon of this is that you can throw them while moving, not losing any ground to people you're chasing and dealing large damage from EF procs on people chasing you.
Savage snowballs are expensive and the procs follow the same PPM rules as your weapons do, so don't just start throwing them and burning through stacks if you just blew 6 procs from your melee weapons 3 seconds ago.
Have fun and happy twinking
