Another f2p blog

Pwnadin

Legend
I've read many of your blogs and it gave me the idea to write one up myself. This is my first blog along with some of the photoshop work you'll see. Not sure what I hope to get out of but I'll have plenty more to add in the future. It is lacking at the moment.

Pwnadin

nice start.

imo, i get way more out of my blog than anyone else does (which i'm guessing is the case with most of the f2p blogs out there)...writing it down lets me hash out my thoughts and explore things a bit more than i would if i just thought about it in my head.

Why must people continue to create new blogs instead of at least trying to join together for a centralized one?

Uhm, because it's a Blog. I think a 'centralized' vehicle would be this here forum.

The forum is for discussion. A blog for tips, tricks, and class hints would be better than posting it here.

IMO... there shouldn't be one big blog 'cuz some people might wanna read only posts from CIHC or Pwnadin (I'LL FOLLOW U TILL U STOP OR YOU GO RET! :D) and for instance not a Warlock Blog (even if I think there is no Warlock Blog xD).

How about we just make a sticky for all the blogs to go in and if people want to go see the blog it will be there in that sticky?

I agree with this. For non-personal blogs that are instead about a common issue, one vibrant blog with multiple authors and viewpoints is better than a half dozen with a 1 author each.

As I said, I'll be joining one of the existing ones if I ever have something to say related to F2P that I deem blog-worthy. Here's my blog that has nothing to do with WoW, if anyone is curious.

because it would be out-dated. 1) Most of us won't blog for more than a month or so 2) A bunch of other comments will be tossed in the thread. You'll end up with the same problem you have with a forum....a bunch of burried info.

unless, of course, the list was updated every couple weeks.

And this is why a centralized blog would be a good idea.

Unfortunately more people care about having the spotlight on them instead of contributing actual information to a collective.

OR they just want to Blog on their own.

I'm not saying that a centralized blog isn't a good idea, because it is. I'm saying the motivations of a centralized blog are different than a personal blog. Being compelled to do one doesn't mean you're compelleted to do the other.

I don't get it everyone says there are too many blogs but howmuch are there really? 6-7?

Does it really matter? Read the blog u like if u dont like it then don't read

1 centralized blog is 10000x better than a shitload of semi-updated blogs. easier for the community, easier for blog writers.

Try convincing all the blog writers of that.
