Ambassador title -achievement on PTR/Beta?

According to the mmo-champion db and the cata version of wowhead. Ambassador still only requires 5 factions.
I personally have a feeling we won't have worgen and goblin rep. The reason I think this is because it would make it possible for horde to obtain the goblin mount however the alliance can't get the worgen "mount" spell. Which would create a new cataclysm of QQ because of the mount achievements.

QQ started on worgen not having mounts long ago....blizz has commented-countered with blue posts.
the whining about the horde having 6-7 extra mounts is insane also and another consideration is there may also be a goblin PVP mount to top that at the PVP mount vendor.
tauren back in vanilla wow (beta) were at one point going to get "plainsrunning" something near same to what worgen are getting "running wild" in cata. wasn't implemented and they got mounts. so who knows if worgens will stay mount less.
