ambassador at level 1

I have yet to see a level 1 ambassador. The lowest I have seen is level 10. Cloth requires level 14 i believe and the tabards only work inside instances which require level 10.
 
Yea, cloth turn ins we are too low. Tabards have to be 10 atleast for RFC.

Runecloth turnins were removed from the game. Only found out in the Wowhead comment section last week when I was looking for the NPC in IF.

Not Sure how. But I was on my 19 druid with another 19 bud of mine. We finished doing sfk and we teleported out of the dungeon after it was over. For some odd reason, I killed a boar outside of orgrimmar and it gave me rep to orgrimmar.. I am totally unsure how this happened but maybe there's some way to get around it.

I wish I knew, I was wearing the orgrimmar tabard and for some reason I was still able to get rep after I teleported out of the dungeon. I'll try to find out more on this.
