My spreadsheet is for about the last 40 hours - my numbers match yours. I've been recording the drop rate of TF (44 for me) gear, and both boxes are dead even at 3.39% atm.
It appears they have the gear drops set to 3.5%

not trying to be competitive about getting gear like most individuals for titan gear. just prepping myself before I decide to upgrade my account and move most of those items around to my alts (since every patch they always nerf/buff a particular class, might as well get these items on most of my characters asap).
