EU Alliance/Horde, which server?

So i recently just came back from a long break. I am currently Horde on Draenor, but it feels like that server is kinda dead from a 19's perspective. So my question is, is 19's still active and if so, which server/faction should i transfer to.

Draenor horde has still active 19s playing. If you want to play ally u should go outland or ravencrest
