All darkmoon card quest rewards BoE now?

I know swords rewards are now BoE. Just wondering if anyone knows if the rest of them are.

Yea but they're all shitty. Rogue's Deck quest rewards.



The swords deck quest rewards are also only good if you don't have access to BoA items.

the swords deck rewards require level 20, so to 29s maybe

but 19s are out of luck
