AGM?

I might be kinda behind of the curve on this, but I can't find any reliable sources on this. Is AGM no longer obtainable for 20-29?
 
Nope, you can't obtain it anymore because of how zones(and quests) scale right now. You can only turn the quest in on lvl 30 or 35+
 
I hope blizzard does something about that because most fun i had farming that item for f2p, altho it took me few months lol

I think I'm slightly confused by what you're asking, but when they say scaling they mean that since all quests in cape of STV start at 30, it caused collateral, yet unintentional I think, change to EVERY quest in the zone, including the repeatable quest for AGM, making it unobtainable by anyone lower than level 30 currently.

However, it makes it questionable as to why the STV fishing tournament remains unaffected. Maybe because this is it's own individual event with a set time every week?

That does feel a bit inconsistent... And I was asking if a lvl 30+ had completed an AGM since. was wondering how its stats looked like. But I guess I can just WoWhead it lol.
 
I assume the fishing event is unchanged because it is a world quest. There are no other world quests in the zone, so I assume it has seperate requirements
