It's a lot harder now cause people want the chest for the garrison jukebox. try using the blizz lfg tool to find lvl 100s to help you

also try using the LFG do have you zone in on random servers where there are less or possibly no people. sometimes you get lucky.

There's an addon that makes realm hopping trivial. It's called cross realm assist from Curse: Cross Realm Assist - Achievements - World of Warcraft Addons - Curse
