AGM trinket help!

So I am working on getting my 1st ever AGM trinket. I opened the first chest, got the quest. Turned it in. The second loot I got the same quest and have two in my bag. Says I already did the quest. What am I missing?

You need 12 of those green Arena Trinkets, then turn those in for the AGM

I know that, but I looted the chest for the 2nd and got the quest (again) which says level 35 requirement. I didn't get the Arena trinket.

I put in a ticket. I may be retarded, but the quest isn't working right. Fought for 15 min today, 3 90s wanted the damn trinket. My pally almost had the trinket when I multi-shot her/myself. I'm playing 2 accounts. Fock!

Unfortunately, you are going full retard. You get one Arena Master, do the quest. After this, the next turn-in won't be available until you accumulate 12 Arena Masters. The item itself requires level 35 to equip, but you are looking for Arena Grand Master, not Arena Master. I'd link but cross referencing to wowhead is somewhat difficult from my phone.

Got the trinket today. What a battle. Would of been really hard without my 90 along for the ride. Fought 15 or so battles for it, which wasn't too bad. Had a bunch of 20s beg me for the chest. And had 2 90s help me. One group of them just wanted the other contents of the chest, and didn't loot the trinket. It's nice to find helpful people in the game from time to time.
