OT: AGM = BiS, along with Insignia for non Humans. The Stam outweights any Haste/SP you'd have, and then on top of that the, 1k dmg absorb bubble. Simply, AGM will save you alot more, if you have it.

for a healer your gonna be targeted alot, so the +12 stamina and the bubble are really useful, id say if your going to make a healer get it.
