i will level a 20 warrior f2p now , and i would like to know how are queue on aerie peak - EU !
Is there any group that make wargames , or anything?

There's not much if any f2p activity on that realm as far as i could see the time I made a char there. Agrammar is your best bet if you're horde, nice activity on there. I think twisting nether is where ally f2ps play.

Exactly. Go Aggramar for Horde, Twisting Nether for Alliance or both! There isn't actually a proper community on Aerie Peak (EU). I tried going there a while back. There are like 3 or 4 twinks but not as many as the other 2 servers mentioned.

As for queue times, they are about 8-12 minutes on Alliance and 2-3 minutes on Horde.

We also form groups on Twisting Nether for BG's and War Games. I believe Aggramar does also.
