I can't remember the name, but I use a very lightweight addon that tracks energy regen for so you can open more efficiently (sap\ambush and have +20 energy immediately after)
-Bartender, so that I can hide all the abilities I don't need to see (backstab, evis, bandages, food, mount, etc). The only things you need to see are the ones that have a cooldown, otherwise it clutters your screen.
-Xperl as trimmed down as possible. I used to use moveanything, but I just prefer the look of Xperl.. both to move character frames closer to the middle of my screen. The split seconds you have to take looking up in the corner of your screen for HP add up. Also, I don't really play arena anymore, so there is no reason to play without addons.
I use a ton. ^^
Here's a random selection of Addons I find specifically useful for PvP:

Energy doesn't work like that anymoreI can't remember the name, but I use a very lightweight addon that tracks energy regen for so you can open more efficiently (sap\ambush and have +20 energy immediately after)

I have quite a lot but my favorites are
Healers have to die
I also use Shadowed unit frames for...unit frames...
And outside BG's Spy is very useful at AGM
This finally explains everything.
