Hope so. Would also like to see those on the bmah more once it hits
They already spawn on bmah and doubt you will see an increase of them when Legion hits.
If the do implement account-wide tabards we will see an increase in them, the players that have them will use them on their alts and it will seem like more people have them. But yea, probably not an increase of them on the BMAH.
Yea ment that there most likely will not be an increased spawnrate on the Bmah regarding TCG tabards but obviously you will see more players with them due to the fact that its account-bound. I do feel however that the prices on the TCG tabards will greatly increase so collecting all of them prior to Legion should provide a fun challenge.
Actually TCG loot is not going to act like the void tendril trinket at all. They've stopped printing TCG loot cards, which means the existing ones are the only ones left. It has caused all tcg loot to steadily increase in value for quite a while.Yea to start with the prices for them may be high but over time as people collect them there will be less competition and the price of them will go down. Its like the void tendrils trinket, to start with people were selling them for 15k but now people just give them away.

To give you an example, the tabard of flame which used to be the cheapest of the tabards, usually hovering around $6-$10 in value now costs a minimum of $40 if you get lucky on ebay. Most TCG mounts have far exceeded goldcap in in-game value.
However, unlike ebay the black market is not a global market which you can use to your advantage. If you're on a dead realm chances are you can get pretty much anything that shows up on the black market for way under standard price. Exception may be if it's invincible, swift zulian tiger or anything in that league because that's when people start transferring guild banks with gold just to bid on it.
tl;dr tcg items are going to increase in value, never drop.
